Project: Collective Health’s Open Enrollment experience is designed to shatter your previous notions of what choosing health benefits looks, sounds, and feels like. It includes a variety of touchpoints across multiple mediums (environmental marketing, print pieces, and a digital portal). Often, Open Enrollment acted as the first introduction to the Collective Health brand and tone for our members. So the Open Enrollment content strategy across all moments had to be tight—from the moment a member sees an Open Enrollment poster to the moment they select a plan.

Collective Health’s welcome kits are designed to be an introduction to the plan options a member has that year, and drive them to a digital Open Enrollment portal for more details. I infused CH’s human-centered tone into every moment, and set the stage for trust building by adding in educational elements from the very first page.
The welcome page breaks down the basics: What is Collective Health? What do we do for you?
Collective Health’s content strategy at large centers around providing education to create more savvy healthcare consumers. We introduce them to this concept early and often.
Plan descriptions are broken down into the building blocks: how does this plan work on a base level for you, and what will you be paying?

Digging into health benefit plan details isn’t something most people relish—so we designed an airy, modern, clear space that makes comparing and understanding a breeze. I wrote all benefits and plan description copy, and commissioned an “About Collective Health” video to assist in introducing the company and offerings, put it in-line on the landing page.
